Extracurricular Activities – Regular Training

EQUUSVIC

1. Extracurricular activities (or regular equestrian training) begin in the second week of September 2025. To enroll, the following steps must be followed: Interested persons must request the child’s registration from the Equusvic managers, by phone (tel. 679 85 68 99; 687 34 48 36), via WhatsApp, or by email. info@equusvic.cat

2. Equusvic will propose schedule alternatives depending on the child’s level and age.
   There are different time slots: from Monday to Friday at 16:00h, 17:30h,; 18:30h,19:30h.
   On Saturdays at 9:00h, 10:30h,; 12:00h, and 13:00h.
3. A schedule will be agreed upon that fits the child’s situation and Equusvic’s availability, and the place will be reserved.
4. Interested persons will download the documentation required to formalize the enrollment: registration form, personal data clauses (minor or adult), and enrollment clauses.
   All documents must be completed and signed.

5. The enrollment documentation must be delivered in paper format at the Equusvic facilities on the day the activity begins.
6. The federative license issued by the Catalan Equestrian Federation must be obtained; the CT code and proof of payment must be submitted to Equusvic (no later than one week after the start of the activity).
   If this documentation is not provided, Equusvic may cancel the enrollment.
7. After receiving the CT code and proof of payment, Equusvic will consider the enrollment process completed.
